My name is Tony Steier. I’m a father, husband, medical professional, outdoor enthusiast, and the founder of Land Turtle Properties. I spent a decade working full time in medicine, but during Covid I experienced severe burn out and began looking for something new. Around the same time, I had purchased my own piece of land and discovered the joy and freedom that comes from being a landowner, not to mention the secure investment it provides for my family’s future.

I founded Land Turtle Properties as a way to help others realize the same dream of becoming a landowner, too. I chose the name while hiking with my daughter. We saw a turtle confidently making his way across the trail. Much like the turtle in the children’s story, The Tortoise and the Hare, this turtle was slow and steady. He seemed calm, confident, and secure. I see land as an investment in much the same way. The world is full of uncertainties, but land, like the turtle, is solid, stable, protected and steadily moves forward unfazed by what happens around it.

It is my mission with Land Turtle Properties to provide an easy, simple, efficient, and stress-free way to help you find your freedom through land.
