How Buying Land Works
our Simple 3 Step Process
STEP 1
Secure your property with a small deposit. Use the single-use link to fill out a short intake form and submit a small deposit and doc fee. This is collected via credit/debit card using Geekpay.io, our secure online payment system.
STEP 2
E-Sign a few documents via email.
We email a Promissory Note, Purchase Agreement, and Land Sale Contract for you to review and sign electronically. These are legal documents that protect both parties and make this a legitimate transaction. Once signed, you're free to start enjoying your land!
STEP 3
Make low monthly payments.
Minimum monthly payments are made via ACH transfer from your checking or savings account. Once paid in full, we sign the deed, record it, and mail it to you.
